Yes, we can disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. Please let us know when booking so we can make sure the team brings the right tools.

In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 72 hours in writing with photos to info@dromanaremovals.com.au and we will organise repair or replacement.

Yes. We are fully insured for collision, fire and overturn while in transit, and your goods are also covered while being handled by our team during loading and delivery.

For heavier items like tallboys and chest of drawers, we recommend emptying them to reduce weight and prevent damage. For lighter furniture, it’s often fine to leave clothes inside — we can advise when we quote.

Absolutely. Oversized and specialty items are something we handle regularly. Please mention these when booking so we can ensure we have the right equipment and team size.
